How can I become a stockist?

How do I place an Order?

You can place your order by adding the product/products of your choosing to your cart and checking out with the payment method you select.

If you are a retailer, wholesaler or distributor and would like to become a stockist click on this link and fill out your details and we will send you an application form. Become a stockist.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay using any of the following payment methods:

How do I use a promo code?

If we are running a promotion with a promotion code, you have received a promotion code on an email or through any other marketing material you can use that promotion code when checking out to receive the discount or special offer.

How long does it take to despatch an order?

We despatch orders within 1 business day of receiving the order. Orders are despatched through Australia post for order under 20kgs and through a courier for all other orders.

How do I return an Item?

If you would like to return, please click on the contact us link and let us know why you are returning. If it is for change of mind we will reply with the address and details to return if it is due to fault or incorrect product being despatched we will supply you with a return post prepaid label.
