Deliveries

Despatch

Your satisfaction is our priority and as such we will despatch most orders within 1 business day Monday to Friday assuming all the products you have ordered are in stock. You will be notified by email if there is any delivery delays expected on in stock or back ordered products.

Delivery Charge

We charge a flat fee of $8.90 per order for delivery and insurance, regardless of the number of products you have orders or the weight of your order. If your total order value after discounts is greater than $250 then delivery is free.

Retailer, wholesale and distributor order delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis. The charge will be shown on the relevant price list or once you have an account.

Delivery method and times

We use Australia post eParcel to deliver orders under 20kg's and couriers to deliver all other orders.

Please allow the following estimated time for delivery in addition to the 1 business day to pick and pack your order:

Returns

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and as such this return policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind returns

If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order you can return the product for a refund or exchange provide that the following conditions are met:

  •   ▪ The products must be unopened and in a saleable condition.

  •   ▪ You must return the product within 14 days of receiving your order.

All Other Returns

Healthbay will accept returns and provide a full refund or exchange in the following cases:

  •   ▪ The product arrives damaged.

  •   ▪ The product is faulty or unsafe or not of an acceptable quality.

  •   ▪ The product is significantly different to what was described.


Under these scenario’s Nanocare will cover the cost of return postage.

If it is for change of mind we will reply with the address and details to return if it is due to fault or incorrect product being despatched we will supply you with a return post prepaid label.
